These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JobSetu Inc. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using JobSetu's platform and services ("Services"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies and guidelines incorporated by reference.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including HR professionals, recruiters, organizations, and any other individuals or entities accessing the platform.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Use of Services
JobSetu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
- Permitted Use: You may use JobSetu solely for lawful HR and hiring management purposes within the scope of your subscription plan.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including employment laws, data protection regulations, and anti-discrimination laws.
- Fair Use: You agree not to use the Services in a manner that could impair, overburden, or damage our servers or the experience of other users.
User Accounts & Registration
To access our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information as needed.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
- You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access the platform through a single account, unless your subscription plan allows for team access.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Immediately notify us at security@jobsetu.com of any unauthorized use.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
Intellectual Property
JobSetu and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Services, including the platform, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content.

- Content you generate through the platform
🔵 JobSetu Owns
- Platform software and source code
- JobSetu brand, logos, and trademarks
- Platform design and UI components
- Aggregated and anonymized analytics
By submitting content to our platform, you grant JobSetu a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Services.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violations may result in immediate account termination:
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time under the following conditions:
- Termination by You: You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Termination by JobSetu: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases. We will provide you with 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
- Survival: Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. These integrations are provided for your convenience.
- JobSetu does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
- Your use of third-party integrations is governed by the terms of those third parties. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
- We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party services integrated with our platform.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian legislation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
